Daily Tasks (5-10 min)
- Check new leads in Admin → View Leads
- Add 1-3 AI news posts via Admin → Manage News (title, source, URL, summary bullets, Kelvin's Take)
- Review and respond to any contact form submissions
Weekly Tasks (30-60 min)
- Review intake submissions for patterns and common challenges
- Add or update 1-2 tools in the directory
- Edit/improve Kelvin's Take on popular news posts
- Check download counts and featured items
- Share top news posts on social media
Monthly Tasks (1-2 hours)
- Create or update 1 training with new modules
- Create 1-2 new downloadable resources
- Review and update featured items on homepage
- Review lead tags and goal patterns for content ideas
- Update any tool pricing or status changes
- Review analytics dashboard for growth trends
Content Tips
- News: Always include 'Why it matters for small business' — that's your differentiator
- Tools: Focus on 'Best For' and 'How to Use' sections — readers want practical context
- Downloads: Gated downloads with high-value content are your best lead magnets
- Trainings: Start with beginner content — your audience needs entry points
